How do I know which unit will suit my needs?

Do you offer technical support after the 5-year warranty period?

We are more than happy to provide technical support after your warranty has expired – normal repair costs will apply.

Is financing available?

Yes, financing is available through Finance Africa, payable over a period of 24 to 60 months. This service is unfortunately only offered to businesses and professionals. Click here for more information.

Will the unit affect my insurance?

No, not at all. All our units are certified according to the highest standards, and can be insured by regular insurance companies.

What is the turnaround time for maintenance and/or repairs?

Depending on the location of your business / unit, repairs and maintenance turnaround times are anywhere from 24 to 48 hours.

Can your units be relocated?

Absolutely. All units are equipped with wheels and can be moved and transported to any location – there is no need to fix your unit to a particular premises.

How do you ensure that your units are safe?

We make all our units according to the highest local and international quality and safety standards, ensuring a completely safe product.

Are your units waterproof?

Not yet – our current units will need to be placed under cover to protect it from the elements.
